This Thomson figurine is made of resin and is part of a series of beautiful figurines designed and manufactured in accordance with the details of Hergé's drawings.
Approximately 12 cm high, nr 42230
Historically, it is in the black-and-white version of Cigars of the Pharaoh that Thomson and Thompson make their appearance, even though they will later be added in the first panel of the colour version of Tintin in Congo/Africa, which is an earlier album than Cigars of the Pharaoh. From the beginning, they cannot be distinguished by anything except the shape of their moustaches.
The man named Thomson who appears here in the album The Secret of the Unicorn has straight moustaches.
