After escaping Mitsuhirato's claws and exploring the seabed amid the sharks, it is now time for Tintin to take a rest. The third statue in the collection "The icons" shows a peaceful scene of Tintin and Snowy. Tintin sits in a comfortable armchair. He has a book in his hand and Bobbie sleeps peacefully at his feet.
This scene is from the album The Broken Ear. The story begins with a stolen statue in the ethnographic museum. Tintin conducts an investigation. From the beginning he wants to know more about the land of the Arumbayas, the region of origin of the precious object.
Like a conscientious journalist, the young reporter documents himself to feed his information and prepare his report.
Moulinsarts 3D team wanted to respect this design: this is why the edges of the seat model are sharp and have a very clear, clear line. There was no question of adding extra details, such as seams or rounding due to the padding.
